In order to
move out, and suspend your auto-payment you will need to complete the
following:
· Provide a 10
day notice of your intent to vacate.
· Remove all
items from the unit.
· Sweep out the
unit and take a photo to send via text (417-553-9198) or email.
· Notify the
manager on or before the last day of the month that you have completed the move
out.
· Schedule a time to pick up your
deposit at the time of move out.
· Provide a self
addressed stamped envelope if you need your deposit to be mailed to you.
